CG Birds Collector’s Edition

No National bird? Only in Canada, you say? That’s correct. With more than 450 avian species across Canada, not one of them is designated as the country’s National Bird. Canadian Geographic’s National Bird Project is determined to change that by the year 2017. In honour of this project, Canadian Geographic recently published their “Special Collector’s Edition Birds Photography 2015. The magazine features one of my favourite pigeon images that I photographed in Port Moody BC. Pick up a copy and enjoy the beautiful photography paying tribute to the many bird species that we are so lucky to have among us. Then vote for your favourite National Bird!
