Vancouver Motorcycle Toy Run 2016

The 38th annual Vancouver Motorcycle Toy Run lit up the streets through Port Moody for a good cause: collecting new children’s toys presented to the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau for distribution around the Lower Mainland. Winter Solstice Lantern Festival

Port Moody’s 4th annual Winter Solstice Lantern Festival was held at a new location this year in Pioneer Park. Event organizers Joyelle Brandt and Melanie Younique’s vision for a magical evening came to fruition with musical performances and special activities such as lantern making, fire-releasing, bell-ringing, a Labyrinth walk, and drum circle.

CP Holiday Train

The CP Holiday Train rolled into Port Moody on the last leg of its fundraising journey across Canada collecting for food banks.
